Ridewell presents an economical, lightweight steer axle air-ride for transit, paratransit, shuttle and light truck applications. The low maintenance unit was recently designed to service the needs of maximum loaded vehicles operating in high-traffic metropolitan areas in China. It is now offered to the North American market.

Model RAS-238 offers several features to enhance ride quality.
It is equipped with oversized bushings for ride stability and long term durability on irregular and deteriorated road conditions. Load distribution is 100% supported on the air springs. The unit's parallelogram geometry allows constant axle caster and eliminates bump steer.

Standard features include:
• ± 3/8" axle alignment at beam; ±3/4" at spindle
• Adjustable torque rod brackets for setting caster angle
• Easily serviceable bolt-on axle mounting
• Rubber and urethane bushings
• Heavy duty shock absorbers
• Variable mounting heights
