Full-time position. Evening, 10-hour Shift. Monday through Thursday.

Minimum starting wage:
" Robot Operator: $11.25 per hour; $12.00 probation; advancing to top contract rate of $15.77 with regularly scheduled reviews.

Job duties: Fixture parts, operate robot, finish weld, and inspect for compliance to blueprint specifications.

Requirements: 1 year welding "on-the job" experience with robot experience preferred, pass Ridewell's weld test (applicant should bring welding hood), valid driver's license, High school diploma or GED, no felony convictions in past 5 years, solid work ethic as evidenced by work history, physically meet demands of production environment. We do screening tests on basic math, blueprint reading, logic and reasoning. Post offer physical and drug screening required. EOE. Ridewell's policy is not to re-hire those previously terminated.
