The Customer Service Representative role is considered a long-term career position with low turnover.  This position is opening due to a retirement;  several months of training and shadowing to be provided.

Job Description:

  • Teamed with an outside salesperson and supporting customers in a given territory.
  • Focus on assisting our established and repeat customers with various needs, including placing orders, pricing, delivery times, and product selection.

Requirements:

  • No travel
  • No cold calls
  • Minimal overtime
  • Monday – Friday, hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Proficiency with various computer software programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional follow-up on customer requests
  • Strong work ethic
  • Technical / mechanical aptitude desired
