- Starting Pay is $17.00 an hour plus $1 shift differential.
- Pay increase at 90-days.
- 2nd Shift hours are 4:25pm-2:55am Monday through Thursday.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use air, electric, and hand tools to prepare parts for painting.
- Inspect parts for missing/poor welds and use various check gauges to check critical dimensions.
- Use hydraulic press to install bushings.
- Remove dross and label laser cut parts.
- Drill and assemble parts to blueprint specifications.
- Touch up paint
- Perform routine maintenance and cleanup.
- Perform 1st part inspections to ensure product meets quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Good attendance and safety record
- Blueprint reading
- Good mechanical skills (i.e. – hand tools, impacts, etc.)
- Read simple measuring devices (i.e. – tape measure, hook rule, etc.)
- Provide tools per employee required tool list
- Available for overtime work
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Experience with lift tables, cranes, hoist
- Acetylene torch or carbon arc experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull weights up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Work 10-hour shifts.
- Standing/walking on concrete floors for long periods.
- Bending and kneeling on a regular basis.
Performance Measures:
- Attendance.
- Safety performance.
- Quality of work.
- Production compared to standards.
- Contributions toward continuous improvements of work processes and products
Working Conditions: Indoor, light manufacturing environment, union facility, in a team-oriented atmosphere with ear, eye, and foot protection required.
