Administrative, Receptionist
Job Description
Summary of Position:
Perform general receptionist duties, inside sales support, and office administrative support.
This position makes the first impression of the Ridewell brand and sets the tone for the next conversation.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receptionist
- Direct phone calls to appropriate persons
- Respond to routine questions or requests from callers
- Receive and direct visitors
- Manage office supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Treat all confidential information appropriately
- Inside Sales Support
- Customer order entry and changes
- Help distribute customer calls equitably
- Tracking of metrics for customer service
- Assist with forecast maintenance
- Office Administrative Support
- Data entry
- Marketing activities
- HR assistance
- Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, hospitable, eager to help
- Basic word, excel, Google sheets and data entry skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Takes initiative to fill their time with ways to help others
Physical Requirements:

- Sit for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:
