- Starting Pay is $19.50 an hour. 2nd shift receives $1.00 shift differential.
- Pay increase at 90-days.
- 2nd Shift hours are 4:25pm-2:55am Monday through Thursday.
- If mandatory overtime is called it is typically on Fridays.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fixture parts and operate robot per work instructions.
- Finish weld parts to blueprint specifications/work instructions.
- Adhere to Ridewell weld procedures and specifications.
- Follow AWS symbols and requirements.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleanup.
- Perform 1st part and in-process inspections to ensure product meets quality standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pass Ridewell welder certification test.
- Blueprint reading.
- Read measuring devices (i.e. – tape measure, hook rule, protractor, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- 1-year experience in a production-welding environment.
- Experience with lift tables, cranes, hoists.
- Carbon arc experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull weights up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Work 10-hour shifts.
- Standing/walking on concrete floors for long periods.
- Bending and kneeling on a regular basis.
Performance Measures:
- Attendance.
- Safety performance.
- Quality of work.
- Production compared to standards.
Working Conditions: Indoor, light manufacturing environment, union facility, in a team-oriented atmosphere with ear, eye, and foot protection required.
