He commonly helps customers with researching of application needs, troubleshooting delivery options for manufacturers and placing quick turn around orders. When not providing all-around service to our clients, Keith enjoys automotive and furniture restoration projects, gardening and spending time with his family.

With 23 years with Ridewell under his belt, Jody Rapp is very helpful with not only our current models and parts, but with any out of production part, our clients may still have questions about. He’s good at troubleshooting issues and gives great technical advice for our clients When not giving world-class customer service, Jody enjoys spending time outdoors with his family doing things like camping kayaking and hunting.
